Not all wrong addresses are being corrected - why?
Not all wrong addresses are being corrected - why?
Updated over 2 weeks ago

AddressHero validates the address mainly post checkout. If the address is invalid (no house number, etc.), then the app will show a message on the order status page/thank you page.
We can’t fully control the user tho. If the user decides to close the window or the browser after the purchase or ignores our message, the address will then stay like it was. Therefore we can’t guarantee 100% that every incorrect address will be corrected. What we can guarantee tho, is that all addresses will be validated.

We have a few settings that help to counteract this problem:
For example, you can highlight our popup, to blur everything else out. Another feature that we have is to automatically send an email to the user that indicates that the address is incorrect. This you’ll find here: https://addresshero.featurebase.app/en/help/articles/7996028-send-e-mails-to-the-customer)
