Set orders on hold
Updated over 2 weeks ago

With AddressHero, you have the option to set orders on hold if a mistake is detected.

  1. Missing house number
When activated, orders with a missing house number will automatically be set on hold.

  2. Unconfirmed house number (not suggested, house number potentially valid)
When activated, orders with a likely incorrect or unconfirmed house number will automatically be set on hold.

  3. Unconfirmed address
When activated, orders with an unconfirmed address will automatically be set on hold.

  4. Spelling mistakes
When activated, orders with a spelling mistake (within the Street oder City) will automatically be set on hold.

  5. Format mistakes (not suggested, address potentially valid)
When activated, orders will be set on hold - please note that this is not recommended, cause the address is potentially valid. Somehow, some merchants still want to have this option.

  6. Missing packing station number
When activated, orders with a missing packing station number will automatically be set on hold.

*Orders with corrected address will automatically be released from hold.

How do I set it up?
